Ngan discovered her love for the healing art of yoga while working as a Certified Public Accountant at Deloitte. After stressful and unfulfilling days at work, she found herself at a yoga studio almost everyday. Through a leap of faith she quit her tax job and attended multiple yoga teacher trainings. She is a certified yoga teacher and trained with Yoga Tree, Certified Fit for Birth Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Certified Pre & Post Natal Diastasis and Core Consultant. She has gained much insight through her extensive teaching experience working with a wide community ranging from veterans, people with disabilities, corporations, start-ups, children, pre and post natal women, and families at the San Francisco Compass Family Shelter and San Francisco's Safe + Sound. She began to work at a daycare where she found her love for toddler's endless curiosity and effortless attention to the present moment. She began to teach the toddlers yoga and there was where the idea of Yoga Phamily was born. Ngan decided to start Yoga Phamily to ensure hard-working phamilies have access to top yoga instructors while getting quality childcare.
She is a proud aunt to 2 nieces and 2 nephews in West Palm Beach, FL and a preschool teacher at South of Market Childcare.
