This multi-level power class is specifically designed for safe prenatal and postnatal strengthening and places an emphasis on core and pelvic floor stability. The class will be in 30 seconds to 1-minute intervals of cardio and strength with intervals of rest however, feel free to move as fast or as slow as you would like! **You will need a small set of weights, chair, pillow or pilates ball, resistance band, and mat.***
