Please have 2 blocks or books, rolls of toilet paper or anything that gives needed height & support, bolsters or pillows, and a blanket. Beginners Welcome! For Postnatal Moms, our teachers understand that your body has gone through quite a transformation from pregnancy, birth, and now the postpartum time. Your body is recovering and healing and taking care of the baby. Everybody responds to having a baby differently and every birth is different. In postnatal yoga, it's important to tune into your body to determine a comfortable level of exercise. During and after pregnancy, your energy levels vary day to day and your body may feel weak or unfamiliar at times. Our classes will gently guide you through graceful and strengthening positions to help you reconnect to your body.
There is no fee for cancellations, and you will get your class credit back. So when in doubt, book your class! For events and workshops
