Hatha Flow, Pre & Post Natal Yoga Instructor/ Wellness Enthusiast

After I attended my first yoga class in 2008, it was clear to me that I had found something special. First, I was drawn to it for the flashy poses like handstands, headstands, arm balances, and backbends. After a while, I realized that my practice had evolved and I was there for spirituality. I found myself through the practice of mindfulness.

Practicing yoga helps me to ease the stress of parenting my children, balancing life, and at the same time, wanting to improve my flexibility, strength, and inner light. Each practice I find something new, ranging from self-reflection, awareness, and connecting with myself. Yoga taught me how to have patience, acceptance, love, and compassion for myself and for others. I learned to let go, be still, and shift my perspective about the challenges I was facing. Yoga changed my life completely.

Now almost 12 years later it still reminds me of the wisdom to connect with myself. I enjoy the journey of exploring and gaining insight from the feelings, thoughts, and emotions that generate from each practice. It helps me build strength and flexibility both physically and mentally. Through the practice of Yoga I was able to build trust and compassion for people around me, for the world, and most importantly, for myself.

My passion is health and wellness of body and mind.  My goal is to help guide students to a strong relationship between their body, mind, and breath, through my teachings.

I live in SF with my husband and two sons. I am RYT 500 Yoga Alliance and certified as Prenatal, Postnatal teacher, and kids yoga teacher.
