Prenatal and Postnatal Power Trainer, Dancer
Shira has been a personal trainer & fitness instructor for over 7 years. She has fallen in love with fitness and helping people achieve their fitness goals. She looks forward to helping women continue their fitness, feeling confident they aren't hurting their baby / working the right muscle groups during their pregnancy. Her class will incorporate mobility movements / body weight exercises /core & pelvic floor strengthening, breathing exercises , followed by a healthy flow to release tension.
She has 2 rules in class and it's to enjoy what your doing , and to speak up if something doesn't feel good so she can adjust it for you :) .
She is there to help and share all the knowledge she has!
