Prenatal Yoga Instructor/Health Coach/Personal Trainer
Maike has been practicing yoga for about ten years and teaching yoga for over six years. Two of those years she taught full time in health retreat centers in Asia, where she led over 100 retreats. Over the years she grew her expertise and added to her skill set by becoming a Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Pre and PostNatal Yoga Teacher.
Maike, originally from Germany, moved to San Francisco in 2017 and has been working as Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer and Healthy Lifestyle Coach (PreNatal Yoga teacher) full time. She has worked with clients in Europe, Asia and the US.
In February 2019 Maike gave birth to her Baby Boy Tyty. She has practiced yoga throughout her pregnancy and continued doing so during her recovery after giving birth, which supported a smooth pregnancy and recovery and grew her love and passion for Pre and Postnatal Yoga (Fitness and Health), which she continues to share.
While Maike loves working with a diverse group of people, she focusses on Moms to be and New Moms, helping them stay fit, healthy and grounded during the mayor life changing event of welcoming a baby to this world.
