Katherine is a Bay Area native with a passion for working with people and wellness. She has practiced yoga since early childhood and currently teaches yoga and meditation to practitioners of all levels in San Francisco. As a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) through Yoga Tree studios, she incorporates purposeful physical practice and mindfulness in her classes and private sessions. Her classes aim to build physical strength and flexibility while also promoting the mind-body connection through the joy of yoga.
